- Immediate Access: All our training courses, including AI, Digital Marketing, and related programs, are delivered digitally. Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to your course(s) through your registered email and our learning management platform.
- No Physical Shipping Required: As our primary offerings are digital, there are no shipping charges or delivery timelines for course access.
- Access Instructions: You will receive an email with login credentials and instructions. If you do not receive access within 1 hour of payment, please contact our support team at support@aideastech.com.
2. Physical Materials (If Applicable)
- Occasional Shipments: In rare cases, such as when you order printed certificates, study kits, or other physical materials, we will ship these to the address provided during registration.
- Processing Time: Orders for physical items are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services for all shipments. Delivery partners may vary based on your location.
- Shipping Charges:
- Domestic Shipping: Charges are typically included in the course or product fee.
- International Shipping: Additional charges may apply and will be communicated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Times:

- International: 10–15 business days, subject to destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship physical materials to India. If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order for physical items.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses with incomplete information.
